2012 High School Sponsorships!

Christmas has come to an end, which means the team at Kibera Penda Project has begun work on getting a new group of students ready to be sponsored for high school! Last year, with the amazing support from our sponsors, we were able to provide scholarships for over 60 students in Kibera! This year, we are anticipating another 25 students will be joining this group, which means we are looking for lots of new sponsors to partner with us and help send these students to high school!

Without the funds provided through New Hope Scholarship Fund, these kids have no hope of receiving a high school education, which means their chances of finding a job and escaping the poverty cycle of Kibera are very slim. Over the last four years, we have seen an amazing change in the spirit and drive of the students of Kibera. Before, they had no chance of being able to succeed in the future, but now there is hope. The kids work harder and dream bigger than they ever have before.

We are hoping to continue this movement through Kibera, giving students the chance to find hope through education. But we can't do it alone. We need you to come alongside Kibera Penda Project and partner with us to help give these students a hope for a future.
